We have received confirmation of our incorporation to Companies House under the company name of JDG Media LTD, as the business goes from strength to strength.

Originally formed as a trading name, the business has kicked on in its first year of trading, and is now a private company, limited by shares.

The first two shareholders of JDG Media LTD are James Gordon and Jonathan Bell.
